YARROWYCK CROSSING RESERVE

Public BBQ

This is a fantastic off-grid camping spot, ideal for those who enjoy self-sufficiency. The campsite offers a serene setting by the river, with clean grounds and well-maintained bins. The drop toilet and two picnic tables are the only amenities, but it's a beautiful area for fishing, with a chance to catch Yellowbelly. The causeway on the dirt access road may have water in the wet season. Be prepared to pack out your rubbish, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It's a perfect place for a cool dip on a hot day, but watch out for leeches.
